Having already provided an exceptional brand experience for Lariat Partners, Brand Iron was brought in to help package an acquisition named Jacent, which they had owned for several years and recently merged with a competitor on the West Coast. Jacent’s mission statement was focused on providing strategic merchandising solutions to retailers across North America, however, they lacked a story that communicated their authority or experience in merchandising.

With a new branding strategy that positioned them as an attractive investment, Jacent was able to strike a 9 figure deal that generated 3.6x the return on Lariat’s original investment.
